大数据在国内知识产权方面的研究分析——基于核心期刊和CSSCI期刊的统计数据

Research and Analysis of Big Data in Domestic Intellectual Property--Statistical Data Based on Core Journals and CSSCI Journals

通过对中文核心期刊和CSSCI期刊收录的有关大数据在知识产权方面研究的403篇数据文献从年度发文及发文趋势、发文作者、发文机构、期刊分布、高被引论文、关键词几方面进行统计分析,梳理了自2013年发表第一篇有关大数据在知识产权方面研究文献以来至今共10年的研究历程,并通过绘制图表以图表结合的形式直观地呈现和总结了这一研究领域的学术研究现状,以期为国内后续知识产权研究者提供一些参考。

Through the statistical analysis of 403 data documents related to big data research in intellectual property included in Chinese core journals and CSSCI journals from the aspects of annual publishing and publishing trends,publishing authors,publishing institutions,journal distribution,highly cited papers,and keywords,this paper combs the research process of 10 years since the first document related to big data research in intellectual property in 2013,and through drawing charts,it intuitively presents and summarizes the academic research status in this research field in the form of chart combination.In order to provide some references for domestic follow-up intellectual property researchers.
