寿胎丸对复发性流产患者临床症状、性激素水平、子宫内膜容受性和妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Shoutai Pills on clinical symptoms,sex hormone levels,endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome in patients with recurrent miscarriage

目的观察寿胎丸在复发性流产患者中的疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年12月至2020年11月于湖南中医药大学第二附属医院就诊的81例复发性流产患者的临床资料,对照组39例采用常规治疗,研究组42例在对照组的基础上采用寿胎丸治疗,两组均治疗至妊娠12周。比较两组治疗前后临床症状、性激素水平、子宫内膜容受性及妊娠成功率。结果两组治疗后各项证候积分、动脉血流阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)均下降(P<0.05),且组间相比,研究组更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素β(β-HCG)水平、子宫内膜厚度均上升(P<0.05),且组间相比,研究组更高(P<0.05);研究组妊娠成功率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论寿胎丸可显著调节复发性流产患者性激素水平,改善子宫内膜容受性,提高妊娠成功率。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shoutai Pills in patients with recurrent miscarriage.Methods The clinical data of 81 patients with recurrent miscarriage who visited the clinic from December 2019 to November 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.39 patients in the control group received conventional treatment,42 patients in the study group were treated with Shoutai Pills on the basis of the control group.All groups were treated until 12 weeks of gestation.The clinical symptoms,sex hormone levels,endometrial receptivity before and after treatment and pregnancy success rate were compared between the two groups.Results The syndrome scores,RI and PI of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and compared between the two groups,the study group was more significant(P<0.05).Serum estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),human chorionic gonadotropin-β(β-HCG)levels,and endometrial thickness all increased(P<0.05),and compared between groups,and the study group was higher(P<0.05).The pregnancy success rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shoutai Pills can significantly regulate the level of sex hormones in patients with recurrent miscarriage,improve endometrial receptivity,and increase the success rate of pregnancy.
