摘要
目的探讨孕期群组化健康教育对孕妇自我管理能力及心理状态的影响。方法选择新泰市第三人民医院2021年3月至2022年3月接收的100例有健康教育需求的孕妇,通过随机数字表法将其分为参照组(n=50)和实验组(n=50)。参照组开展常规健康教育,实验组开展孕期群组化健康教育,观察两组健康教育3次后的自我管理能力以及心理状态。结果健康教育后,两组孕妇的自我管理能力、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分优于健康教育前,且实验组评分优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在孕妇的健康教育干预中,孕期群组化健康教育应用价值良好,不仅可以帮助孕妇提高其自我管理能力,而且对其心理状态有良好的改善作用,更有利于减轻其焦虑及抑郁心理。
Objective To explore the effect of group health education during pregnancy on self-management ability and psychological state of pregnant women.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with health education needs received by Xintai Third People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected.They were divided into the reference group(n=50)and the experimental group(n=50)by random table number method.The reference group carried out routine health education and the experimental group carried out group health education during pregnancy respectively.The changes of self-management ability and psychological state of pregnant women in the two groups were observed after health education for 3 times.Results After health education,the self-management ability,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were better than those before health education,and the scores of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the health education intervention of pregnant women,the application value of group health education during pregnancy is good,not only can further help pregnant women to improve their self-management ability,but also can bring a better effect on the improvement of their psychological state,is more conducive to relieve their anxiety and depression.
