配偶支持及性教育对已婚女性乳腺癌患者术后疾病应对、健康坚韧及性生活质量的影响

Effect of spousal support and sex education on postoperative disease coping,health resilience and sexual life quality in married female breast cancer patients

目的分析配偶支持及性教育对已婚女性乳腺癌患者术后疾病应对、健康坚韧及性生活质量的影响。方法选取淮安市金湖县人民医院肿瘤血液科和普外科2019年1月至2021年12月收治的90例乳腺癌改良根治术后化疗的已婚女性患者,依据护理方案分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例。两组均接受传统护理,对照组加用配偶支持,观察组加用配偶支持及性教育,3个月后比较两组的疾病应对评分(面对、回避、屈服)、健康坚韧评分(健康价值观、内源性健康控制观、外源性健康控制观、自我感知健康促进能力)、性生活质量评分(性欲望、主观性唤起能力、性活动时阴道润滑性、性高潮、性生活满意度、性交痛)差异。结果护理后两组各指标数值优于护理前,且观察组的指标数值优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论配偶支持及性教育有助于改善乳腺癌改良根治术后化疗已婚女性患者疾病应对方式,提升其健康坚韧水平及性生活质量,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze of the effect of spouse support and sex education on postoperative disease coping,health resilience and sexual life quality in married female breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 90 female married patients treated with chemotherapy after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer who were admitted to the Department of Oncology and Hematology and General Surgery of Jinhu County People’s Hospital of Huai’an City from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the nursing plan,45 cases in each group.Both groups received traditional nursing care,the control group received spousal support,and the observation group received spouse support and sex education.After 3 months,the disease coping score(face,avoidance,yield),health resilience score(health values,endogenous health control concept,exogenous health control concept,self-perceived health promotion ability),sexual life quality score(sexual desire,subjective sexual arousal ability,vaginal lubrication during sexual activity,orgasm,sexual life satisfaction,and dyspareunia)were compared between the two groups.Results The values of each index in the two groups after nursing were better than those before nursing,and the index values in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Spouse support and sex education can help to improve the disease coping style of female married patients treated with chemotherapy after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,improve their health resilience level and sexual life quality,and it is worthy of promotion and use.
