综合性护理措施对乳腺癌根治术患者全身麻醉苏醒期躁动、满意度与疼痛感的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing measures on agitation,satisfaction and pain in patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer after general anesthesia

目的探讨乳腺癌根治术在综合性护理措施下,患者处于全身麻醉苏醒期时,躁动情绪、满意度、疼痛感受到的具体影响。方法在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区麻醉恢复室2019年1月至2021年9月行乳腺癌根治术的术后全身麻醉苏醒期患者中选出78例,以随机抽签法分为两组,每组各39例。对照组以常规护理为主,观察组采取综合性护理措施,对两组患者的躁动情绪、疼痛感、满意度进行比较。结果观察组的护理总满意度为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%,其躁动情绪评分、疼痛感评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理措施能够对乳腺癌根治术患者全身麻醉苏醒期躁动情绪控制产生积极影响,整体效果较好,有利于建立和谐的护患关系,此种护理措施可扩大应用范围。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on agitation,satisfaction and pain in patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer after general anesthesia.Methods A total of 78 patients were selected who were admitted to the Anesthesia Recovery Room of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2019 to September 2021 during the period of awakening from general anesthesia after radical mastectomy for breast cancer and divided into two groups by random drawing,39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures.Restlessness and pain,satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.87%,higher than that of the control group(79.49%),and the agitation mood score and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing measures has a positive effect on the control of agitation during the recovery period of general anesthesia for breast cancer patients undergoing radical mastectomy,and the overall effect is good,which is conducive to the establishment of harmonious nurse-patient relationship.In this regard,the application of such nursing measures can be expanded.
