总结1例斯琼综合征伴多脏器功能受累患儿的护理,措施包括密切观察病情变化,皮肤黏膜、高热等对症护理,用药护理,饮食指导及患儿与家长的心理护理。患儿经过积极对症治疗与护理,体温平稳、皮损减轻、肌酸激酶(CK)及肌红蛋白(MYO)、胰酶正常,电解质紊乱纠正、贫血好转,仍存在明显的胆汁淤积、肝酶偏高,因院内儿童血浆置换条件尚不完善,患儿于外院行血浆置换。外院治疗后随访患儿恢复较好。

To summarize the nursing care of a child with Stevens-Johnson syndrome and multiple organ function involvement.The nursing measures included close observation of the changes of the disease,symptomatic nursing of skin mucosa and high fever,medication nursing,diet guidance and psychological nursing of the child and his parents.After active symptomatic treatment and nursing,the child’s body temperature was stable,skin lesions were reduced,creatine kinase(CK),myoglobin(MYO)and pancreatin were normal,electrolyte disorders were corrected,anemia was improved,but there were still obvious cholestasis and high liver enzymes.Because the plasma exchange conditions for children in hospital were not perfect,the child underwent plasma exchange in other hospitals.The child recovered well after out of hospital follow-up.
