精准护理对女性非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗患者生存质量及并发症的影响

Effect of precision nursing on quality of life and complications in female patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy

目的分析在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)化疗阶段精准护理对女性患者的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年9月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区收治的83例NHL化疗女性患者。按护理模式分组,A组进行精准护理(41例),B组采用常规护理(42例),比较两组外周中心静脉导管(PICC)留置时间、并发症、生存质量。结果A组PICC留置时间为(202.16±57.93)d,B组为(202.24±58.25)d,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组发生并发症的总百分比为4.88%(2/41),低于B组的33.33%(14/42)(P<0.05)。A组生存质量评分[(77.32±6.13)分]高于B组[(69.83±7.02)分](P<0.05)。结论应用精准护理开展NHL化疗护理,可促进并发症防控,提升生存质量,应用价值显著。

Objective To analyze the application value of precise nursing in the chemotherapy stage of non�Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL)in female patients.Methods From January 2019 to September 2021,83 female patients with NHL undergoing chemotherapy in the West Area of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were selected,and they were divided into group A(41 cases of precision nursing)and group B(42 cases of routine nursing)by the nursing mode,and the peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)indwelling time,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in PICC indwelling time between group A([202.16±57.93]d)and group B([202.24±58.25]d)(P>0.05).The total percentage of complications in group A was 4.88%(2/41),which was lower than that in group B,which was 33.33%(14/42)(P<0.05).The quality of life score in group A([77.32±6.13]points)was higher than that in group B([69.83±7.02]points)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of precision nursing in NHL chemotherapy nursing can promote the prevention and control of complications,improve the quality of life,and has significant application value.
