数字化转型背景下典型新兴前沿技术在矿业行业中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 数字化转型作为矿业行业高质量、可持续发展的必由之路,有望使矿业企业的技术发展方向及生产经营模式发生颠覆性变革。本文重点围绕具有代表性的人工智能在矿产勘查数据处理中的应用、露天矿山无人驾驶运输系统、地下矿山自主装载-运输-卸载系统、矿山5G通信技术,从矿业行业需求、技术产业发展与行业应用、未来发展所面临瓶颈三个方面进行了分析,并对后疫情时代矿业行业数字化转型中前沿技术发展进行了展望。此外,还阐述了数字化转型对企业在生产能力、盈利能力、效率、安全性及应对突发事件等方面的积极影响,主要体现在以下四个方面:①先进传感器;②高质量数据的处理、分析和解释;③数字通信网络的建设;④生产运营流程的自动化。本文分析结果对于进一步推进我国矿山数字化建设有一定的参考价值。 Digital transformation is of great significance to the high-quality and sustainable development of mining industry, and it is expected to make unprecedented changes in the technological development and production and operation mode of mining enterprises.This paper focuses on 4 topics including the application of artificial intelligence in mineral exploration data processing, unmanned transportation system in open-pit mines, autonomous loading-transportation-unloading system in underground mines, and 5 G communication technology in mines.It analyzes the demands, status and challenges of mining industry.It also prospected the development of cutting-edge technologies in the digital transformation of mining industry in the post COVID-19 era.This paper expounds the positive influence of digital transformation on the production capacity, profitability, efficiency, security and emergency response of enterprises, which is mainly embodied in the following four aspects: advanced sensors, processing of high-quality data, construction of digital communication network, automation of production and operation.The analysis has certain reference value for further promoting the digital construction of mines in China.
