脊髓型颈椎病是症状最为严重的一种颈椎病亚型,严重影响患者的生活质量,针灸对于轻度脊髓型颈椎病的治疗及减少术后并发症具有明显优势。本文检索针灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病的相关文献,通过对针灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病的研究进展进行综述,以期为治疗脊髓型颈椎病提供参考和新思路。

Cervical spondylotic myelopathy is a subtype of cervical spondylosis with the most serious symptoms,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Acupuncture and moxibustion has obvious advantages in treating mild cervical spondylotic myelopathy and reducing postoperative complications.This paper searches the relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy,and reviews the research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy,in order to provide references and new ideas for the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
