针刺配合隔附子饼灸治疗脾肾阳虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with aconite cake separated moxibustion on diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency

目的观察针刺结合隔附子饼灸疗法干预脾肾阳虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床治疗效果,以期为治疗该病提供更多的参考。方法将2021年1月至2022年2月就诊于厦门湖里京凤堂中医门诊部和厦门国贸泰和康复医院中医科门诊符合标准的62例脾肾阳虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征患者按照随机数字表分成观察组、对照组各31例,两组共脱落5例,最终完成研究并纳入统计的病例为观察组29例,对照组28例。观察组采取针刺结合隔附子饼灸的综合疗法,对照组只予单纯针刺干预。分别记录两组患者干预前后的临床症状总积分、肠易激综合征病情严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)评分,并进行统计比较,最终评价其临床疗效。结果两种疗法均能降低脾肾阳虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床症状总积分、IBS-SSS评分,且针刺结合隔附子饼灸的综合疗法优于单纯针刺(P<0.05);总有效率方面,观察组为93.10%,高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合隔附子饼灸治疗脾肾阳虚型腹泻型肠易激综合征方面,可以有效改善临床症状,疗效优于单纯针刺法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with aconite cake separated moxibustion on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,so as to provide more reference for the treatment of this disease.Methods From January 2021 to February 2022,62 patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)of spleen kidney yang deficiency type who met the standard and were treated in the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine of Xiamen Taihe Rehabilitation Hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table.A total of 5 patients fell out of the two groups.The patients who finally completed the study and were included in the statistics were 29 patients in the observation group and 28 patients in the control group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with aconite cake separated moxibustion,while the control group was only treated with simple acupuncture intervention.The total score of clinical symptoms and IBS-SSS score of patients in the two groups before and after intervention were recorded and statistically compared to evaluate their clinical efficacy.Results Both treatments can reduce the total score of clinical symptoms and IBS-SSS score of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,and the combination of acupuncture and aconite cake separated moxibustion is superior to simple acupuncture(P<0.05);The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.10%,higher than 78.57%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with aconite cake separated moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,and the effect is better than that of simple acupuncture.
