摘要
对13种不同变质程度炼焦煤进行聚类分析,得到10个小类的炼焦煤应用性细化分类结果。按聚类分析方法优化配比后,40 kg试验焦炉生产的焦炭机械强度和热性质更优,且配煤成本降低约10元/t。
Cluster analysis was carried out for 13 kinds of coals with different metamorphic degrees.Sub-classification of 10 kinds of coking coal were obtained.Through optimized coal blending based on cluster analysis method,the coke produced from 40 kg pilot oven shows better mechanical strength and thermal properties,and the cost for coal blending is reduced by 10 Yuan/ton.
