摘要
根据捣固炼焦的工艺机理以及对相关试验数据的分析,阐述了捣固煤饼在焦炉炭化室结焦过程中的体积变化特点,并提出了大型捣固焦炉某些设计参数和操作制度优化的建议。
This paper expounds characteristic of volume change of stamped coal cake during coking process in the oven chamber based on the process mechanism of coking with stampcharging and analysis of the related test data and makes suggestion on optimization of some design data and regulation of operation for large stamp-charging coke oven.
