焦炭高温气化反应特性与光学组织、灰分变化的研究

摘要 焦炭的反应性与反应后强度受到其光学组织、灰分含量及孔结构的影响。选取6种工业冶金焦炭在1400℃下进行不同时间的反应,计算出了焦炭的反应性CRI_(1400)及反应后强度CSR_(1400)。探究了不同焦炭的光学组织及灰分随反应时间的变化规律。随着反应时间的延长,焦炭中各向异性程度较低的结构含量呈不断下降的趋势,而各向异性程度较高的结构含量不断上升。选取其中1种焦炭,对其进行XRD、SEM及EDS检测及分析,结果表明:焦炭内部的灰分会不断迁移至焦炭基体表面,在迁移过程中破坏孔结构并形成新的应力点,这可能会成为焦炭破碎的始发点。 Coke is an indispensable raw material for blast furnace. Its reactivity and strength are affected by its optical structure,ash content and pore structure. The reactions of six kinds of metallurgical coke with different reaction time at 1, 400℃ were selected. The CRI_(1400)and CSR_(1400) were calculated. The variation of optical structure and ash content of coke with different reaction time was investigated. With the prolongation of reaction time,the content of structure with low anisotropy in coke decreases continuously,while that with high anisotropy in increasing trend.XRD,SEM and EDS were used to analyze and study one kind of coke. It is concluded that the ash will migrate to the surface of coke matrix continuously,which will destroy the pore structure and form a new stress point,and become the starting point of coke crushing.
