摘要 针对蒸氨废水水质差、污染物浓度高等特点,设计了“预曝气+A/O+Fenton氧化+高密澄清+多介质过滤+活性炭吸附+超滤+反渗透”组合工艺对废水进行处理。结果表明,废水处理系统产水指标优于GB50050—2017《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》要求,产水送到循环冷却水系统作为补充水;浓水经Fenton氧化后达到GB 16171—2012《炼焦化学污染物排放标准》表1间接排放要求,送高炉冲渣,实现了废水零排放。 A process of combining “Pre-aeration+ A/O+ Fenton oxidation+ high-density clarifier+Multi-medium filtration+ GAC adsorption + UF + RO” is adopted to treat the high concentrated coking wastewater. The performance shows that the quality of the produced water is better than the requirements for the water quality of reclaimed water specified in the Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment(GB 50050—2017). The produced water can be used as the make-up water for the circulating cooling water system. And the concentrated solution of RO is treated by Fenton oxidation,and the quality of the effluent meet the requirements for indirect discharge specified in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry(GB 16171—2012). The effluent is reused as slag flushing water,which realizes the zerodischarge in the plant.
