陶瓷膜过滤器处理剩余氨水油污的实践

Application of ceramic membrane filter in treatment for oils in coal water

焦化剩余氨水中含油物质进入化产蒸氨系统容易堵塞蒸氨管线,影响蒸氨废水指标合格率。通过焦炭过滤器串联陶瓷膜过滤器的双重过滤,可将氨水含油量降至≤50mg/L。陶瓷膜过滤器投入运行以来,性能稳定,除油效果显著,减少了氨水管线堵塞问题,氨水质量达标。

Given that oily substances in coal water goes into ammonia stripping system,which would be prone to blockage in the ammonia stripping line and lower acceptability of the stripped water.Through series connection of coke filter and ceramic membrane filter,the oil content in the ammonia liquor can be reduced to ≤ 50 mg/L. Ever since the ceramic membrane filter put into operation,it proves to have stable operation,remarkable deoiling efficiency,less jam in ammonia liquor line and accepted ammonia liquor quality.
