利培酮联合氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Risperidone Combined with Clozapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的:评价利培酮联合氯氮平在精神分裂症患者中的疗效。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年5月乐山市五通桥区精神病医院100例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50),治疗方案分别为利培酮联合氯氮平、单一氯氮平。比较两组治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、炎症因子水平,对比两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组PANSS评分、HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组PANSS评分、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白介素-13(IL-13)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-13水平高于对照组,TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:利培酮联合氯氮平应用于精神分裂症患者治疗,在改善患者精神病性方面有着突出效果,有利于炎症因子水平改善,疗效确切,安全可靠,可予以推广。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Risperidone combined with Clozapine in patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia in Wutongqiao District Psychiatric Hospital of Leshan City from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50).The treatment options were Risperidone combined with Clozapine,Clozapine alone,respectively.The scores of positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS),Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PANSS score and HAMD score between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the PANSS score and HAMD score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-13 (IL-13) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-13 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the level of TNF-α was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Risperidone combined with Clozapine in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia has outstanding effects in improving the psychosis of patients.It is beneficial to improve the level of inflammatory factors,the curative effect is accurate,safe and reliable,and can be promoted.
