补阳还五汤加味治疗在腰椎管狭窄症术后中的应用

Application of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction Treatment in the Postoperative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的:探讨补阳还五汤加味治疗在腰椎管狭窄症术后中的应用。方法:选择2020年5月-2021年5月广州市增城区中医医院收治的腰椎管狭窄症患者65例。根据投掷硬币法将其分为对照组(n=32)和试验组(n=33)。两组均行椎体间植骨融合术治疗,对照组术后给予常规治疗,试验组术后给予补阳还五汤加味治疗。比较两组相关指标、术前及术后6周腰椎康复情况、并发症。结果:试验组术后引流量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6周,试验组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均低于对照组,日本骨科协会(JOA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6周,试验组并发症发生率(3.03%)低于对照组(25.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤加味治疗可减少腰椎管狭窄症患者术后引流量,改善腰椎疼痛及功能障碍情况,促进早日康复出院。

Objective:To investigate the application of modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction treatment in the postoperative lumbar spinal stenosis.Method:A total of 65 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to Guangzhou Zengcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=32)and experimental group(n=33)according to coin tossing method.Both groups were treated with intervertebral bone graft fusion,the control group was given routine treatment after operation,and the experimental group was given modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction treatment after operation.The related indexes,lumbar rehabilitation condition before and 6 weeks after operation and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The postoperative drainage volume of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 weeks after operation,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Six weeks after operation,the incidence of complications in the experimental group(3.03%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction treatment can reduce the postoperative drainage volume of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis,improve lumbar pain and dysfunction condition,and promote early recovery and discharge.
