基于依从性曲线变化规律阶段性护理对剖宫产产妇产后疲乏程度及生活质量的影响

Effect of Phased Nursing on Postpartum Fatigue and Quality of Life of Cesarean Section Women Based on the Change Law of Compliance Curve

目的:分析基于依从性曲线变化规律阶段性护理对剖宫产产妇产后疲乏程度及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年8月-2021年8月厦门弘爱妇产医院收治的80例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组患者采用常规护理方式,观察组患者采用基于依从性曲线变化规律的阶段性护理进行干预。比较两组患者的产后疲乏程度及生活质量。结果:产后第1天,两组的产后疲乏量表(PFS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在产后第2、3天及出院当天,观察组的PFS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。出院当天,两组的简化版世界卫生组织生活质量测定(WHOQOL-BREF)量表各维度评分及总分均显著高于产后第1天(P<0.05),且观察组的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为剖宫产产妇提供基于依从性曲线变化规律的阶段性护理干预,不但能有效减轻产后疲乏程度,而且能显著提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of phased nursing on postpartum fatigue and quality of life of cesarean section women based on the change law of compliance curve.Method:A total of 80 cases of cesarean section in Xiamen Humanity Maternity Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with phased nursing based on the change law of compliance curve.The degree of postpartum fatigue and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:On the first day after delivery,there was no significant difference in postpartum fatigue scale(PFS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).The PFS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group on the second,third day after delivery and the day of discharge(P<0.05).On the day of discharge,the scores of all dimensions and total scores of simplified version of World Health Organization quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF)scale in the two groups were significantly higher than those on the first day after delivery(P<0.05),and which in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phased nursing intervention based on the change law of compliance curve for cesarean section mothers not only can effectively reduce their postpartum fatigue,but also significantly improve their quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
