精细化流程管理对日间手术患儿的影响

Effects of Refined Process Management on Children Undergoing Daytime Operation

目的:探讨精细化流程管理对日间手术患儿的影响。方法:选取厦门大学附属第一医院2020年4月-2021年4月收治的100例日间手术患儿。按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规方法管理,观察组给予精细化流程管理。比较两组首台手术等待时间、连台手术等待时间、接送患者的时间,术前及术后7 d心理状态,护理前后的护理质量,家长护理满意度,护理风险发生率。结果:观察组首台手术等待时间、连台手术等待时间、接送患儿的时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),术后7 d观察组儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组手术环境、仪器管理、手术室物资管理、卫生消毒、护理记录、护理技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家长护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理风险发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精细化流程管理可有效提高日间手术的护理工作效率和护理工作质量,改善患儿的焦虑,提高家长护理满意度,降低护理风险发生率。

Objective:To explore the effects of refined process management on children undergoing daytime operation.Method:A total of 100 children undergoing daytime operation admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine method management,and the observation group was given refined process management.The waiting time of the first operation,the waiting time of consecutive operations,the time of picking up and sending children,the psychological state before and 7 days after operation,the nursing quality before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction of parents and the incidence of nursing risk were compared between the two groups.Result:The waiting time of the first operation,the waiting time of consecutive operations and the time of picking up and sending children in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).The screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders (SCARED) score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group 7 days after operation (P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of operation environment,instrument management,operating room material management,sanitation and disinfection,nursing records and nursing skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Refined process management can effectively improve the nursing work efficiency and nursing work quality of daytime operation,improve children’s anxiety,improve nursing satisfaction of parents and reduce the incidence of nursing risk.
