精细化管理在白内障超声乳化连台手术围手术期的效果

Effect of Fine Management in the Perioperative of Cataract Phacoemulsification Continuous Surgery

目的:探讨精细化管理在白内障超声乳化连台手术围手术期的效果,为专科护理管理的改革和创新提供依据。方法:选取2020年6-12月在福建医科大学附属第一医院行白内障超声乳化连台手术患者130例作为对照组,2021年1-7月在福建医科大学附属第一医院行白内障超声乳化连台手术患者130例作为观察组,同期在职的8名眼科手术室护士和36名医师(包括本院职工、规培生和研究生)纳入研究。对照组采取常规手术护理管理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上实施精细化管理模式,对比两组手术间连台效率、护理质量及医院感染控制管理护理质量风险、患者和医师满意度、护理人员工作效率等。结果:观察组手术间连台效率、患者和医师满意度、护理人员工作效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),护理风险低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施精细化管理模式,能有效提高白内障超声乳化连台衔接效率,保证围手术期护理质量,为患者提供高效、优质的护理服务,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of fine management in the perioperative of cataract phacoemulsification continuous surgery,and to provide basis for the reform and innovation of specialty nursing management.Method:A total of 130 patients who underwent cataract phacoemulsification continuous surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June to December 2020 were selected as the control group,130 patients underwent cataract phacoemulsification continuous surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January to July 2021 were selected as the observation group,during the same period,8 operating room nurses and 36 physicians(including staff,students and postgraduates of our hospital)were included in the study.The control group was given routine surgical nursing management mode,the observation group was given the fine management mode on the basis of the control group.The efficiency,nursing quality and hospital infection control management nursing quality risk,patient and physician satisfaction,nursing staff work efficiency and so on were compared between two groups.Result:The connection efficiency of operation room,satisfaction of patients and physicians,and work efficiency of nursing staff in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing risk was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of fine management mode can effectively improve the connection efficiency of cataract phacoemulsification,ensure the quality of perioperative nursing,provide patients with efficient and high-quality nursing services,and improve patients’satisfaction.
