正畸微种植体支抗对错(牙合)畸形患者口腔结构及IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察正畸微种植体支抗对错(牙合)畸形患者口腔结构及对白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:2019年1月-2021年1月,选取150例于北京电力医院就诊的错(牙合)畸形患者并将其按照随机数字表法均分为对照组与观察组,各75例。观察组实施正畸微种植体支抗治疗,对照组实施常规正畸治疗。比较两组治疗前后口腔结构、炎症反应差异。结果:治疗前,两组口腔结构指标对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组口腔结构指标较治疗前均改善,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎症因子水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平均高于治疗前,但观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于错(牙合)畸形患者而言,对其实施正畸微种植体支抗可有效改善其口腔结构,抑制炎症因子水平,进而降低其对患者口腔的影响。 Objective:To observe the effect of orthodontic micro-implant anchorage on oral structure and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in patients with malocclusion.Method:From January 2019 to January 2021,150 patients with malocclusion treated in Beijing Electric Power Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,75 patients in each group.The observation group was given orthodontic micro-implant anchorage therapy,and the control group was given conventional orthodontic treatment.The difference of oral structure and inflammatory response before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in oral structural indexes between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the oral structural indexes of two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βin two groups were higher than those before treatment,but the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For malocclusion patients,the application of orthodontic micro-implant anchorage can effectively improve the oral structure,inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,and then reduce the impact on the patient’s oral cavity.
