人口老龄化背景下内蒙古康养产业发展研究

Research on the Development of Inner Mongolia Health Industry in the Background of Population Aging

党的十九届五中全会提出“实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略”,这是党和国家首次把积极应对人口老龄化问题上升到国家战略高度。康养产业为应对人口老龄化提供了积极的应对方案,发展地域特色的康养产业是内蒙古积极应对人口老龄化挑战的新部署。当前,内蒙古康养产业存在资源、政策、人才、产业等方面的不足,从康养产业政策、PPP融资模式、康养人才、“互联网+健康养老”平台、地域特色、国内大循环六个方面提出了内蒙古康养产业的发展路径。

The fifth plenary session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed Implementing a National Strategy to Actively Address Population Aging.This is the first time that the Party(namely,the Communist Party of China) and the state have raised the issue of proactively responding to population aging to the height of the national strategy.The health care industry provides a proactive response to population aging,and the development of a health care industry with ethnic characteristics serves as Inner Mongolia’s new arrangements to actively address population aging.On the basis of defining the connotation of the health care industry,this paper analyzes the current situation of health care industry in Inner Mongolia,and finds shortcomings in resources,policies,talents,and industries.Accordingly,this paper proposes the development path of health care industry in Inner Mongolia from the six aspects of the health care industry policy,PPP financial model,health care personnel,“Internet + healthy elderly care” platform,regional characteristics,and the domestic market.
