内蒙古战略性新兴产业高质量发展路径研究

Research on the High-quality Development Path of Strategic Emerging Industries in Inner Mongolia

战略性新兴产业是引领国家未来发展的重要决定性力量,对我国形成新的竞争优势和实现高质量发展至关重要。近年来,内蒙古积极推动战略性新兴产业发展并取得一定成效。当前制约内蒙古战略性新兴产业高质量发展的瓶颈主要有:产业发展基础偏弱、产业结构倚能倚重、创新能力不足、人才吸引力不强等。在剖析发展机遇与挑战基础上,文章提出了战略性新兴产业发展的主攻方向与重点任务:发展壮大新能源产业、加快发展新材料产业、大力发展现代装备制造业、扶持发展生物医药产业、积极发展节能环保产业和创新发展新一代信息技术产业等。

Strategic emerging industries serve as an important and decisive force leading the country’s future development,and are crucial for China to form new competitive advantages and achieve high-quality development.In recent years,Inner Mongolia has actively promoted the development of strategic emerging industries and gained certain achievements.At present,the bottlenecks restricting the high-quality development of strategic emerging industries in Inner Mongolia are mainly weak industrial development foundation,high dependence on energy industry and heavy industry,insufficient innovation capability,and weak talent attraction.Based on the analysis of the development opportunities and challenges,this paper puts forward the main direction and key tasks for the development of strategic emerging industries—developing and expanding the new energy industry,accelerating the development of the new material industry,vigorously developing the modern equipment manufacturing,supporting the development of the biomedical industry,actively facilitating the development of energy-saving and environmental protection industries,and innovatively developing a new generation of information technology industries.
