国有企业纪检监察数字化管理实践应用——以某电力国有企业风险预警监督系统为例

Practice and Application of Digital Management of Discipline Inspection and Supervision in State-owned Enterprises

党的十八大以来,中央高度重视国有企业党风廉政建设和反腐败工作,国有企业党风廉政建设和反腐败工作取得压倒性胜利并得到巩固。然而,也必须清醒看到,国有企业的党风廉政建设仍有薄弱环节,腐败问题仍然突出。本文以某电力国有企业风险预警监督系统为例,通过建立起全面覆盖、突出重点、行之有效的廉洁风险防控闭环工作流程,促进基层党组织的党风廉政建设和反腐败工作集约化和常态化,实现推进国有企业纪检监察数字化管理,为国有企业生产经营、科研创新、改革发展保驾护航。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central government has attached great importance to the building of a clean and honest government and anti-corruption work in state-owned enterprises,which have achieved outstanding progress.However,we must also be soberly aware that there are still weak links in the building of a clean and honest government in state-owned enterprises,and the problem of corruption is still outstanding.This paper takes the risk early warning and supervision system of a state-owned electric enterprise as an example.It is suggested to promote the digital management of discipline inspection and supervision of state-owned enterprises,and support the production and operation,scientific research innovation,reform and development of state-owned enterprises by establishing an effective closed-loop corruption risk prevention and control workflow which has a comprehensive coverage and highlights key points,and improving Party conduct,upholding integrity,and combating corruption of grassroots Party organizations in an intensification and regularization manner.
