Application of PDCA Management Mode in Quality Control of Anesthesia Machine

目的探究PDCA管理模式在麻醉机质量控制中的应用效果,以降低麻醉机临床使用风险及故障率,提高麻醉机的质量控制水平和医院医疗质量。方法采用鱼骨图法分析麻醉机质量控制存在的问题;以医院常规使用的62台麻醉机作为研究对象,2020年采用常规医院管理模式对其进行质量控制,2021年采用PDCA管理模式对其进行质量控制;通过对PDCA管理模式实施前后的故障次数进行t检验分析,并从开机率、合格率、年平均维修费、使用科室满意度等指标验证PDCA管理模式的合理性与实用性。结果通过t检验,得到P<0.05,说明PDCA管理模式实施后麻醉机故障次数较实施前减少,同时麻醉机其他各项指标均较实施前有所改善。结论运用PDCA管理模式对麻醉机进行质量控制,可以减少故障次数、提高开机率和合格率,从而保证设备使用的高效性和安全性,同时降低医院维修成本、提高科室满意度。

Objective In order to reduce the risk and failure rate of anesthesia machine in clinical use,and improve the quality control level of anesthesia machine and hospital medical quality,the application effect of PDCA management model in anesthesia machine quality control was explored.Methods Quality control problems of anesthesia machine were analyzed using fishbone diagram method.With the 62 anesthesia machines routinely used in the hospital,the conventional hospital management mode was used for quality control of anesthesia machine in 2020,and the PDCA management mode was used in 2021.By the t-test analysis of the failure times before and after the implementation of PDCA management mode,the rationality and practicability of PDCA management mode were verified,with the opening rate,qualified rate,annual average maintenance cost and department satisfaction as the verification indicators.Results P<0.05 was obtained by t-test,which indicated that the number of failures of the anesthesia machine was reduced after the implementation of PDCA management mode,and the other indexes of anesthesia machine were improved,compared to before implementation.Conclusion The application of PDCA management mode to the quality control of anesthesia machine can reduce the number of failures,improve the opening rate and qualified rate,so as to ensure the efficiency and safety of equipment use,reduce the hospital maintenance cost,and improve the satisfaction of the department.
