Practice and Exploration of Pre Procurement Demonstration in Public Hospitals

采购前论证作为医院采购工作的核心环节之一,在医院采购工作中扮演着重要的角色。该研究以天津市环湖医院工作实践为例,通过创新采购前论证方法、规范采购前论证流程,不仅有效规避了相关风险、缩短了采购周期、提高了采购效率,而且保障了医院的权益,为今后院内相同设备类、服务类项目的论证、采购提供了理论依据和数据支撑。

As one of the core parts of hospital procurement,pre-procurement demonstration plays an essential role in hospital procurement.In this study,with the actual work of Tianjin Huanhu Hospital as an example,by innovating the pre-purchase demonstration method and standardizing the pre-purchase demonstration process,the relevant risks were effectively avoided,the procurement cycle was shortened,the procurement efficiency was improved,and the rights and interests of hospitals were protected,which provided theoretical basis and data support for the demonstration and procurement of similar equipment and service projects in the hospital in the future.
