时间分辨荧光免疫分析法的研究进展及在临床医学领域的应用

Research Progress of Time-resolved Fluorescence Immunoassay and Its Application in Clinical Medicine

时间分辨荧光免疫分析法(TRFIA)是一种结合了酶标记免疫分析和放射免疫分析的新型超微量免疫标记分析方法,具有无放射性、无背景光干扰、灵敏度高、稳定性好、线性范围宽、操作简便、分析速度快等优点,已被广泛应用于临床医学检验、食品快速检测等领域。该研究就TRFIA的研究进展及在临床医学领域的应用作一综述。

As a novel ultramicro immunolabeling analysis method combining enzyme labeled immunoassay and radioimmunoassay,time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay(TRFIA)which has the advantages of no radioactivity,no background light interference,high sensitivity,good stability,wide linear range,simple operation and fast analysis speed,has been widely used in clinical medical laboratory and food rapid detection.The research progress of TRFIA and its application in clinical medicine were reviewed in this paper.
