Exploration and Practice of Standardization of Integrated Operation and Management of Comprehensive Waste Disposal Parks

废弃物综合处置园区是由诸多服务和管理单位组成的大型综合园区,其运营与管理的一大难点是如何将所有的入驻单位聚合在一起,形成一体化的运行管理机制。本文以上海市某大型废弃物综合处置园区为例,从“人”“机”“料”“法”“环”五大因素,搭建一体化运营与管理标准体系,以解决园区管理难题,为类似的大型综合园区的一体化运营管理,提供经验借鉴。

The comprehensive waste disposal park mentioned in this article is a large-scale comprehensive park composed of many service and management units.A major difficulty in its operation and management is how to aggregate all the resident units together to form an integrated operation and management mechanism.In this paper,taking a large-scale comprehensive waste disposal park in Shanghai as an example,through the five factors of "people" "machines" "materials" "law" and "environment",an integrated operation and management standard system is built to solve the problems of park management and provide the integrated operation management of similar large-scale comprehensive parks provides experience for reference.
