Guangdong Province local standard DB44/T 2002—2017 The Inspection Specification for In-service Underground Gas Storage Well has been officially released on June 23,2017.This paper introduces the compilation background and principles,main problems to be solved,the relationship with existing relevant standards,and unscrambles the main contents from the aspects of scope of application,self examination and periodical inspection,then puts forward suggestions on the requirements and measures to implement the standard.This paper is conducive to the popularization and application of this local standard,and promote the technical development of inspection and ensure the safe operation of underground gas storage wells.
