基于3DGIS的洪水时空态势推演与调度模拟研究 被引量:5

摘要 洪水的形成和演进是一项复杂的时空过程,如何快速理解并直观呈现洪水的产生、汇集、演进和调度过程,是辅助形成科学综合决策的基础。以态势推演等理论为基础,结合洪水的特征和影响因素建立了洪水时空态势过程模型,提出了3DGIS场景下的洪水时空态势可视化与动态推演方法,搭建了洪水时空态势调度模拟程序框架。以2020年长江流域洪水为例,结合洪水过程的调度计算结果,运用该程序框架开展多种时空态势的分析、推演和可视化应用,在三维虚拟场景中直观展现洪水过程。结果表明:基于3DGIS的洪水时空态势推演与调度模拟方法能清晰呈现洪水的时空态势,并辅助理解洪水的演进趋势和风险,直观再现洪水的时空全过程,为防洪调度会商提供辅助支撑。 The formation and evolution of floods is a complex spatiotemporal process. How to quickly understand and visually present the generation, collection, evolution, and dispatch process of floods is the basis for assisting the formation of scientific and comprehensive decision-making. Based on situation deduction theory, combined with the characteristics and influencing factors of floods, this study establishes the flood spatiotemporal situation process model, proposes the flood spatiotemporal situation visualization and dynamic deduction method under the 3 DGIS scene, and builts the flood spatiotemporal situation dispatch simulation program framework. Taking the floods in the Yangtze River Basin in 2020 as an example, combined with the calculation results of the flood process, the program framework is used to carry out analysis, deduction and visualization applications of a variety of temporal and spatial situations, and the flood process is visually displayed in a three-dimensional virtual scene. The results show that the 3 DGIS-based flood spatiotemporal situation deduction and dispatch simulation method can clearly present the spatiotemporal situation of floods, assist in understanding the evolution trend and risk of floods, visually reproduce the entire spatiotemporal process of floods, and provide auxiliary support for flood control dispatch consultations.
