摘要
通过研究铝粉、邦定助剂、树脂的Tg以及粉末粒径和粉末胶化时间等因素对邦定金属粉品质的影响。得出不同颜色粉末中添加铝粉后L值的变化情况;邦定助剂的添加量影响邦定温度的变化;树脂的Tg影响最终的邦定温度;粉末粒径越小,邦定涂膜金属质感越差,当底粉粒径基本一致时,缩短胶化时间或提高树脂黏度,邦定涂膜金属质感相应增强。
The effects of the aluminum powder, bonding additives, the Tg of the resin, powder particle size and gel time on the quality of bonding metallic powder coatings are studied.The changes in L value after adding aluminum powder to different color powders are obtained;the dosage of bonding additives influences the change in bonding temperature;the Tg of the resin influences the final bonding temperature;the smaller the particle size of the powder, the worse the bonding film’s metallic effect. When the particle size of the base powder is same, the bonding film’s metallic effect will also be enhanced with shorter gel time or higher viscosity.
