基材不同除锈处理工艺对涂层性能影响的优劣对比研究 被引量:2

A Comparative Study on the Effects of Different Substrate Derusting Processes on Coatings Properties

摘要 采用传统喷砂、海绵喷砂、干冰喷砂及蒸汽喷砂4种处理工艺对涂层基材进行除锈处理,通过海洋大气自然暴露试验对比研究了4种除锈工艺对涂层性能的影响。对试验结果进行了分析,并对4种除锈工艺的优劣进行了排序。结果显示:海绵喷砂、蒸汽喷砂>传统喷砂>干冰喷砂。 Traditional sand blasting, sponge sand blasting, dry ice sand blasting and steam sand blasting were used to remove the rust on the substrate, and the effects of the four derusting processes on the properties of coatings were studied through a natural exposure test in the marine atmosphere. The test results are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the four derusting processes are ranked. The results show: sponge sand blasting/steam sand blasting > traditional sand blasting > dry ice sand blasting.
