PFNA内固定术联合复元活血汤对股骨粗隆间骨折患者骨代谢、关节功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of PFNA internal fixation combined with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction on bone metabolism, joint function and quality of life in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures

目的:探讨股骨近端抗旋转髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术联合复元活血汤对股骨粗隆间骨折患者骨代谢、关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取股骨粗隆间骨折患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组采用PFNA治疗方式,观察组在对照组基础上增加复元活血汤治疗。比较两组患者的手术指标、髓关节功能、骨代谢指标、临床疗效、不良反应情况以及生活质量。结果:观察组术后相关指标恢复时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组髓关节功能明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组骨代谢指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组生活质量明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PFNA内固定术联合复元活血汤对股骨粗隆间骨折患者能够缩短血浆再钙化时间,改善患者术后骨代谢、关节功能和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of PFNA internal fixation combined with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction on bone metabolism, joint function and quality of life in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Method A total of 98 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with PFNA, and the observation group was additionally treated with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group. The surgical indexes, medullary and joint function, bone metabolism indexes, clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of related indexes in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the function of marrow and joint in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the bone metabolism indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PFNA internal fixation combined with Fuyuan Huoxue decoction can shorten plasma recalcification time, improve postoperative bone metabolism, joint function and quality of life in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
