盆底康复治疗仪联合盆底肌锻炼在产后压力性尿失禁患者中的效果

Effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence

目的:分析盆底康复治疗仪联合盆底肌锻炼对产后压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者的疗效。方法:选取产后SUI患者66例,按病历号随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各33例。对照组采用盆底康复治疗仪治疗,观察组在此基础上联合盆底肌锻炼进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果、漏尿量、盆底肌力、尿动力学指标及生活质量。结果:治疗前两组漏尿量、盆底肌力和尿动力学比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组效果优于对照组,漏尿量低于对照组,BC、ALPP和MUCP高于对照组,盆底肌力强于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盆底康复治疗仪联合盆底肌锻炼对产后SUI的疗效好,有利于提升盆底肌力,改善漏尿和尿动力学指标,提高患者生活质量,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle training in patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Method Sixty-six patients with postpartum SUI were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by medical record number, with 33 patients in each group. The control group received the treatment protocol using pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument, and the observation group was treated with pelvic floor muscle training on this basis. The efficacy, leakage volume, pelvic floor muscle strength, urodynamic indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of leakage volume, pelvic floor muscle strength score and urodynamic indexes(P>0.05). After treatment, the efficacy of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group, and the amount of urine leakage was lower than that of the control group, higher BC, ALPP and MUCP than the control group, stronger pelvic floor muscle strength than the control group, and higher SF-36 score than the control group. These differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle training has good efficacy on postpartum SUI, which is conducive to enhancing pelvic floor muscle strength, improving leakage and urodynamic indexes, and improving patients’ quality of life. The protocol is worthy of wide clinical application.
