PDCA健康教育指导对食管癌患者的营养状态及生活质量的影响

Influence of PDCA health education guidance on nutritional status and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer

目的:探索PDCA健康教育指导营养支持对食管癌患者的营养状态及生活质量的影响。方法:选取75例接受放化疗的食管癌患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=38)和对照组(n=37)。对照组患者接受常规护理,研究组在常规营养支持的基础上,实施PDCA健康教育指导,比较两组患者的近期疗效、营养指标及生活质量。结果:研究组营养预后指数(PNI)和体重指数(BMI)均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(z=2.209,P=0.027)。干预后,研究组EORTC QLQ-C30评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌患者接受PDCA健康教育指导,可有效提高近期疗效,改善营养指标,提高患者生存质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA health education guidance on nutritional status and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer.Method A total of 75 patients with esophageal cancer who received radiotherapy and chemotherapy were selected as the research object, and they were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while the patients in the study group were given PDCA health education guidance on the basis of routine nutritional support, and the differences in short-term curative effects, nutritional indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, The PNI index and BMI index of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(z=2.209, P=0.027). After intervention, the EORTC QLQ-C30 score in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with esophageal cancer receiving PDCA health education guidance can effectively improve the short-term curative effect, improve nutritional indicators, and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
