老人上下、坐卧自助床装置设计

Design of self-help bed device for the elderly getting in and out,sitting and lying of bed

老年人一般腰腿不灵活且力量不足,上下床及在床上坐卧有困难。为此,设计了一款与床结合后可辅助老人上下、坐卧床的装置。老人上下床由抬腿装置完成,床上坐卧由托背装置完成,可辅助老人轻松实现这些动作。该装置采用单片机控制电机的正反转及动作顺序。试验表明,该装置运动平稳、安全可靠、操作简便,能很好地实现预期的功能。

Generally,the waist and legs of the elderly are inflexible and lack strength,so it is difficult for them to get in and out of bed and sit in bed.Therefore,a device integrated with the bed is designed to assist the elderly.Getting in and out of bed by the leg lifting device to complete,sitting or lying by the support device to achieve the back lift,so that the elderly can easily complete these movements;Forward and reverse rotation of motor and action sequence of bed are controlled by the single chip microcomputer.The practice shows that the device is stable,safe and reliable,easy to operate,and can achieve the predetermined functions well.
