摘要
设计了一种新型的固液相变材料降膜式冷储能器,冷储能器由3组水平管柱组成,每组管柱由36根表面喷涂亲水涂层的铜管组成,采用癸酸、月桂酸和油酸混合物为相变材料,其相变温度为20℃左右。实验研究表明:该冷储能器具有良好的传热性能,泵功耗小;调整管束的列数或行数,可以简单地获得灵活的冷藏量;降低液膜雷诺数可以提高冷藏性能。
A new type of solid-liquid phase change material falling film cold energy storage device is designed.The cold energy storage device is composed of three groups of horizontal pipe strings,each group of pipe strings is equipped with 36 copper tubes with hydrophilic coating on the surface.A mixture of decanoic acid,lauric acid and oleic acid is adopted as the PCM whose phase change temperature is around 20℃.Experimental results show that this newly designed cold energy storage has good heat transfer performance and low pump power consumption.Flexible cold storage quantity can be simply obtained through adjusting the column or row number of the tube bundle.The lower film Reynolds number will strengthen the cold storage performance.
