摘要
固态硬盘目前被广泛使用.本文对固态硬盘的可靠性关键指标试验项目和测试、国内国外先进相关标准方法进行分析,重点研究了平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)测定、耐久性和数据保持的测试方法.
Solid state drive is widely used.This paper investigates test items and test methods of the international and national standard for the reliability key index of the solid state drives,focuses on the test methods of mean time between failure(MTBF)determination,endurance and data retention.
