基于主成分分析的江苏省跨境电商产业集聚评价——对常州市跨境电商发展的几点建议

Evaluation of Industrial Agglomeration of Cross-border E-commerce in Jiangsu Province Based on the Principal Component Analysis--Some Suggestions for the Development of Cross-border E-commerce in Changzhou

相比广东、浙江等先进地区,江苏目前的跨境电商发展与省内现有外贸规模体量尚不相符,需要加速补齐短板。本文运用主成分分析法,对标浙江省杭州、宁波等典型城市,比较研究江苏省前五批跨境电商综合试验区所属城市之间的竞争力水平,进而分析江苏省内跨境电商产业的整体发展和内部发展概况,并对常州市跨境电商发展模式进行创新探析。

Compared with advanced regions such as Guangdong and Zhejiang,the current development of cross-border e-commerce in Jiangsu is not in line with the existing scale and volume of foreign trade in the province and needs to accelerate to make up for the shortcomings.This paper uses the principal component analysis(PCA)to compare the competitiveness level among cities belonging to the fi rst fi ve batches of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones in Jiangsu Province against typical cities such as Hangzhou and Ningbo in Zhejiang Province,and then analyzes the overall development and internal development profi le of cross-border e-com-merce in Jiangsu Province,and conducts an innovative analysis of development models of cross-border e-commerce in Changzhou.
