摘要
智能手机作为互联网时代的产物,为适应消费者需求多元化,手机市场性能和消费者细分越来越明显。如何增强产品核心竞争力,抢占市场份额是小米公司目前亟须解决的问题。本文运用PEST和波特五力模型深入研究小米公司所处的内外部战略环境,建立SWOT矩阵,并制定适合小米未来发展的战略措施,旨在助力小米公司手机业务的进一步发展。
Smartphones,as the products of this era of the Internet,are gradually diversified to meet the needs of consumers;the segmentation of smartphone performance and consumers in the market is becoming more and more obvious.How to enhance the core competitiveness of products to seize market shares is a problem that Xiaomi company needs to solve at present.This paper uses the PEST and Porter’s Five Forces model to deeply study the internal and external strategic environment of Xiaomi,establish a SWOT matrix,and formulate strategic measures suitable for Xiaomi’s future development,to promote further business development of Xiaomi’s mobile phones.
