商贸企业在发展过程中需要庞大的现金流进行大量的买入、卖出来维持公司的持续经营。因此,企业想要获得更好地发展,就要有良好的资金管理体系,而现阶段我国大部分企业的资金管理模式较为传统,企业想要维持发展就要对资金管理进行改革创新。本文根据现阶段我国商贸企业的资金管理现状,对如何提升资金管理水平进行了探究,以期为我国商贸企业的可持续健康发展提供有效借鉴。

The cash fl ow required by a commercial and trade enterprise in the development process is very huge.It can make many transactions of buy-in and buy-out to maintain the continuous development of the company.Therefore,for enterprises to develop better,they must have good capital management systems.At this stage,the capital management models of most enterprises in China are relatively traditional.To maintain the development of enterprises,it is necessary to reform and innovate the capital management of enterprises.This paper,according to the current situation of capital management of China’s commercial and trade enterprises,explores how to improve the level of capital management,hoping to provide useful references for China’s commercial and trade enterprises to achieve sustainable and healthy development.
