摘要
共享员工这一新的用工模式,在2020年新冠疫情期间为了解决用工问题首次提出。共享员工模式有效解决了新冠疫情期间企业用工难、员工就业难的问题且有望成为一种新的固定用工模式,但这种模式所带来的员工流失问题也是不可忽视。本文从共享员工归属感角度进行探索,分析归属感对共享员工离职倾向的影响,并找出解决相关问题的措施,为后续研究提供理论基础。
The new employment model of shared employees was first proposed to solve employment problems during the epidemic in 2020.The shared employee model eff ectively solves the problems of diffi cult employment and employment of employees during the new epidemic and is expected to become a new fi xed employment model,and the problem of employee loss brought about by this model cannot be ignored.From the perspective of shared employees’sense of belonging,it analyzes the infl uence of belongingness on shared employees’intention to quit,to provide a theoretical basis for future research by fi nding measures to solve related problems.
