摘要
为主动对接国家在铁路行业的重大国际战略需求,解决“铁路走出去”的人才规模和质量瓶颈,本文立足铁路国际化人才的能力素质要求,结合铁路国际市场的岗位需求和人才能力现状,以ADDIE模型的理论为支撑,经分析、设计、开发、实施、评估五步探寻铁路国际化人才的培养实施途径,构建了不同层次、不同类型国际化人才的定制化、差异化培养方案,以指导铁路企业在国际化人才培养方面的实践,为我国“铁路走出去”战略的纵深推进提供关键的人才支持。
To actively meet the country’s major international strategic needs in the railway industry and solve the bottleneck of talent scale and quality in“railway going global”,this paper is based on the ability and quality requirements of international railway talents,combined with the job requirements and the status quo of talent capabilities in the international railway market.Supported by the theory of the ADDIE model,through five steps of analysis,design,development,implementation and evaluation,it explores the ways of training and implementing railway international talents and builds customized and diff erentiated training programs for diff erent levels and types of international talents,to guide the practice of railway enterprises in the cultivation of international talents and provide key talent support for the in-depth promotion of China’s“railway going global”strategy.
