摘要
目的回顾总结Lap-re-Do Keyhole技术在巨大造口旁疝中应用的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析2009年5月至2019年5月在复旦大学附属华山医院行Lap-re-Do Keyhole术式并能完成随访的40例巨大造口旁疝患者的复发及并发症情况。结果巨大造口旁疝中,Lap-re-Do Keyhole术式的复发率为40.0%,并发症发生率为12.5%,再次手术率为15.0%。结论巨大造口旁疝目前仍是治疗的难题,Lap-re-do Keyhole术式远期复发率较高,不推荐应用于巨大造口旁疝。
Objective To review the safety and efficacy of Lap-re-Do Keyhole technique in the treatment of large parastomal hernia.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out of the recurrence and complications of 40 patients with large parastomal hernia who underwent Lap-re-Do Keyhole technique in Huashan Hospital of Fudan University from May 2009 to May 2019.Results In large parastomal hernias,Lap-re-Do Keyhole had a recurrence rate of 40.0%,complication rate of 12.5%,and reoperation rate of 15.0%.Conclusions Large parastomal hernias are still difficult to be treated.Lap-re-Do Keyhole has a high long-term recurrence rate and is not recommended for large parastomal hernia.
