亲密关系的社交媒体呈现对青年旁观者主观幸福感的影响研究 被引量:2

A Study on the Effects of Social Media Presentation of Intimate Relationships on Young Bystanders’ Subjective Well-being

摘要 社交媒体已成为用户表现自我的理想化展演舞台,同时亲密关系信息作为一类被频繁呈现在社交媒体平台的信息类型,对个体心理发展与适应有着重要影响。为探讨被动接受亲密关系信息对青年旁观者主观幸福感的影响作用机制,文章对430位青年进行在线调查。研究表明:(1)被动接受亲密关系信息与青年主观幸福感呈显著负相关;(2)负面社会比较在被动接受亲密关系信息与主观幸福感之间发挥显著中介作用,被动接受亲密关系信息程度越高,越激发个体生成负面社会比较心理,进而削弱主观幸福感;(3)领悟社会支持在负面社会比较的中介效应路径中发挥显著调节作用,对于高领悟社会支持组来说,被动接受亲密关系信息的程度对负面社会比较的正向预测作用低于低领悟社会支持组;对于低领悟社会支持组来说,被动接受亲密关系信息的程度对主观幸福感的负向预测作用低于高领悟社会支持组。通过对亲密关系的社交媒体呈现对青年旁观者主观幸福感的影响研究,解释了社交媒体信息与个体健康心理间的内在机制,帮助用户在社交媒体使用过程中正确对待信息洪流,控制社会比较心态带来的消极影响,为提升青年群体主观幸福感诉求提供积极的理论思考。 Social media has now become an idealized exhibition stage for users to express themselves, and the intimacy information, as a type of information that is frequently presented on social media platforms, has an important impact on individual psychological development and adaptation. To explore the mechanism of passive acceptance of intimacy information on the subjective well-being of young bystanders, the study conducted an online survey of 430 young people. The study shows that: firstly, the passive acceptance of intimacy information was significantly and negatively correlated with subjective well-being;secondly, the negative social comparison played a significant mediating role between passive acceptance of intimacy information and subjective well-being, and passive acceptance of intimacy information, and the higher the degree of passive acceptance of intimacy information, the more individuals will be stimulated to generate negative social comparison psychology, which will weaken subjective well-being;thirdly, the perceived social support plays a significant moderating role in mediating the path of negative social comparison, and for the high perceived social support group, the degree of passive acceptance of intimate relationship information has a lower positive predictive effect on negative social comparison than for the low perceived social support group, and also for the low perceived social support group, the degree of passive acceptance of intimate relationship information has a lower positive predictive effect on subjective well-being. For the low perception social support group, passive acceptance of intimate relationship information was a lower negative predictor of subjective well-being than for the high perception social support group. By studying the effect of social media presentation of intimate relationships on the subjective well-being of young bystanders, the inner mechanism between social media information and individual health psychology was explored, helping users treat the flood of information correctly in the process of social media use, controlling the negative effects of social comparison mentality, and providing positive theoretical considerations for enhancing the subjective well-being claims of youth groups.
