摘要
采用凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振碳谱、差示扫描量热仪等对市场上3种连续玻璃纤维增强用聚乙烯树脂进行结构与性能研究。结果表明:PE1、PE2力学性能好但双键含量较高,且PE1的熔体质量流动速率太小,不利于纤维的分散和浸润;PE3流动性较好,但力学性能有待进一步提高。此结构与性能对比研究,可为连续玻璃纤维增强用聚乙烯树脂专用料的开发和技术指标的确定提供参考。
The structure and properties of three kinds of polyethylene resins used for continuous fiberglass reinforcement in the market is studied by GPC,NMR and DSC.The results show that the three kinds of resins have their own advantages and disadvantages:PE1 and PE2 possess good mechanical properties,but possess higher double bond content.The MFR of PE1 is too small,so it is not conducive to fiber dispersion and infiltration.PE3 possesses good fluidity,but its mechanical properties need to be further improved.The comparative study on structure and properties of the three kinds of resins can provide reference for the development and technical indexes determination of the polyethylene resin used for continuous glass fiber reinforcement.
