导热胶泥在液硫输送管线上的应用

摘要 根据液硫性质简述液硫输送管线的技术要求,对现有液硫输送管线伴热方式优缺点和实际应用效果进行了分析,并提出通过伴热管外安装导热胶泥的伴热优化方案。实际应用效果表明,实施“伴热管+导热胶泥”的伴热方式是对传统伴热方式的一种改进,可提高液硫管线蒸汽伴热系统传热的均匀性和稳定性,保证液硫输送管线平稳运行的要求。 The technical requirements of the liquid sulfur conveying pipeline were described according to the properties of liquid sulfur,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing heat tracing modes for liquid sulfur conveying pipeline and their actual application effects were analyzed.On the basis,an optimized heat tracing scheme about installing heat transfer cement outside the conveying pipeline was proposed.The actual application effects showed that the heat tracing mode by combination of heat tracing pipe and heat transfer cement was more superior than that of the traditional way,which could improve the heat transfer uniformity and stability of the steam heat tracing system and ensure the requirements of smooth operation of liquid sulfur conveying pipeline.
