考虑需求满意度与救援时间公平的应急物资调度多目标模型及算法

摘要 针对突发灾害后的应急物资调度问题,本文基于各个灾点物资满足程度情况构建了灾民满意度目标函数,以各个灾点救援时间构建了时间公平目标函数,以灾民满意度最大化与救援时间公平、成本最小化为目标建立了多目标数学模型。设计了一种改进的非支配排序萤火虫算法求解该类多目标问题帕累托解。通过算例进行模拟实验表明,所提出的模型和算法可以有效解决突发事件下应急物资调度问题,且改进算法的性能更优。 For the emergency material scheduling problem after sudden disasters,this paper constructs the objective function of disaster satisfaction based on the material satisfaction degree of each disaster point,constructs the time fairness goal based on the rescue time of each disaster point,and establishes a multi-objective mathematical model with the goal of maximizing disaster satisfaction,fairness of rescue time and minimizing cost.An improved non dominated sorting firefly algorithm is used to solve the Pareto solution of this kind of multi-objective problem.The simulation results show that the proposed model and algorithm can effectively solve the problem of emergency supplies scheduling under emergencies and the performance of the improved algorithm is better.
