摘要
为了分析纳米材料对水泥基浆液结石体力学特性的影响,利用电液伺服岩石真三轴试验机开展了含纳米材料的水泥基浆液结石体单轴压缩试验,试验结果表明:与nano-CaCO_(3)相比,nano-SiO_(2)对浆液结石体力学特性改善效果更加明显,但是随着纳米添加剂含量增加,浆液结石体力学特性呈现先增加后降低的特点;通过超景深显微镜观测发现,浆液结石体表面及内部存在气泡,且随着纳米添加剂含量的增加而增加,这也是导致结石体力学特性降低的主要原因。
In order to analyze the influence of nanomaterials on the mechanical properties of cement-based slurry consolidation,the uniaxial compression test of cement-based slurry consolidation containing nanomaterials was carried out by using the electro-hydraulic servo rock true triaxial test machine.The experimental results showed that compared with the nano-CaCO_(3),the improvement effect of the nano-SiO_(2) for the rock physical properties was more obvious.However,with the increase of nano-additives,the mechanical properties of the cement-based slurry consolidation showed a first increasing and then decreasing trend.Many bubbles were found on the surface and inside of the cement-based slurry consolidation by using the Super Depth Field Microscope,and they increase with the increasing of nano-additives.This is also the main reason for the decrease of mechanical properties of cement-based slurry consolidation.
