摘要
某电厂煤棚采用了预应力管桁架的结构形式,为减少对施工场地的占用,降低对生产的影响,采用了累计滑移的施工方案,借助支撑胎架的特殊悬挑构造,保证带拉索的桁架能便利安装并顺利滑移出去。通过利用煤场两侧的挡煤墙来承受煤棚滑移过程中的竖向力,通过设置依附滑移梁的水平桁架来承受料棚滑移中的外扩力,借助滑靴和设置在滑移梁内的“刻度”滑块来对滑移进行同步控制,对滑移施工方案、技术要点和过程控制进行了介绍。经施工反馈,该方案经济适用,安全可靠。
The coal shed of a power plant adopts the structure form of prestressed tube truss.In order to reduce the occupation of construction site and reduce the impact on production,the construction scheme of cumulative slip is adopted.With the help of the special cantilever structure supporting the tire frame,the truss with cable can be conveniently installed and smoothly slip out.By using on either side of the block of coal wall to withstand sliding coal shed in the process of vertical force,by setting the attached slip of beam horizontal truss to withstand shed slip of outside force,with the help of a sliding hoot and set within the sliding beam“calibration”slider to synchronous control,sliding of the sliding construction scheme,technical essentials and process control are introduced.After construction feedback,the scheme is economical,safe and reliable.
